By this patent it is claimed a novel method of production of a liquid natural antioxidants from olive mill vegetation water.

 

In the patent document there is included the disclosure of a hybrid method of treatment , de-phenolization and total discharge of olive mill vegetation water involving co-production of hydrofertilizer and polyphenol powder.

By this patent it is claimed a novel method for accelerating industrial fermentations used in the production of food, pharmaceutical and chemical products by the addition of polyphenols in the fermentation substrate in order to stimulate and accelerate the development of starter culture cells and achieve higher fermentation rates.
