GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

Our product, under the brand name MEDOLIVA®, is produced according to a process, developed by the Research and Development department of POLYHEALTH.

The production process does not use any organic solvents or other hazardous materials but only for clean drinking water and implements an environmentally friendly operation, having adopted the EU Directive on the Principle of Total Discharge.

The product is produced in powder form which is stable and safe without the need for any preservative addition.

In addition, a unique Ortal technique is applied during the manufacture of MEDOLIVA which achieves the reduction of the size of soluble solids to "Small-sizes", thus guaranteeing high antioxidant activity and improved functionality, a key feature of Microtechnology products.

The product has many useful applications in many fields, such as food, functional foods (nutraceuticals), nutritional supplements, cosmetics, personal care products, etc.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

MEDOLIVA is a natural antioxidant, produced from the fruit of the olive (aqueous extract of Olive fruit), with a high content of hydroxytyrosol and tyrosol which are known as the most effective natural antioxidants with numerous scientific reports for their contribution to human health due to as free radical scavengers. The product also contains significant amounts of caffeic and coumaric acid, catechins and anthocyanins. The hydroxytyrosol / tyrosol content of MEDOLIVA is 30 times higher than that of extra virgin olive oil.
