It has a natural antimicrobial action, inhibits the growth of mold and alliogenic and pathogenic bacteria. It can replace sorbates (preservatives) and / or benzoates. Protects against fat tanning and color oxidation. Used in Russian salads, hummus, tzatziki and vegan foods, replacing all ascorbic acid, dyes, etc. giving a rich flavor.

Inhibits lipids and oxidation. Antimicrobial with high and wide antibacterial spectrum and antifungal action. Contributes to the red color formation in pasteurized sausages and in a richer taste. It is used in pasteurized cold cuts for its antioxidant and antimicrobial action against bacteria and fungi, replacing synthetic chemical preservatives such as nitrates, ascorbates and erythorbates. Also in ready meals (cooked-frozen), for its antioxidant and antimicrobial action against bacteria and fungi.


3th Application

Cosmetics- Personal care products
